•Job Summary •The primary role of the Associate Director, Digital Solutions is to manage the development process and delivery of the key products utilized by our Speaker Programs and Events Services teams. This includes products that currently exist (Speaker Portal, Reporting Dashboards, Scout Survey) and any future products identified as purposeful to the Commercial Operations business. This role sits within the Commercial Operations team architecture, requiring collaboration and communication with both the CommOps teams and the BI/DDS teams. •Essential Duties & Responsibilities •Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of digital projects for Commercial Operations Division, ensuring completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. Today, those products are (but may expand in the future): •Speaker Portal •Registration Site/Pages •Reporting Dashboard •Scout Feedback Survey •Collaborate with account owners (primarily the Client Experience team) to ensure deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and all project-specific requirements are completed and delivered to client satisfaction •Serve as the liaison between the development team and the account team as needed •Represent our digital product offering suite in new business opportunities. This includes developing responses to written RFP requests and/or serving as a presenter in pitches and capabilities presentations as requested. •Provide pricing to the account teams for products being sold into clients. Manage the budget throughout the development/delivery process. Avoid scope creep. •Manage any relationships with 3rd party vendors that are directly connected to or impact the digital products within the Commercial Operations division •Develop a revenue forecast for CommOps digital solutions (informed by the account team), maintain its current and accurate state, and alert the Division Lead of any material changes •Ideate improvements and modifications to all CommOps’ products and manage with the development team their prioritization, associated costs, and implementation timeline. Provide a budget to the Division Lead should such implementation steps require the services of team members outside the CommOps development team. •Conduct periodic meetings with the account teams to update them on product improvement ideas. Seek feedback and additional ideas to ensure all voices and perspectives are represented. •Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives. •Analyze data and feedback to make informed decisions and continuous improvements. •Ensure all CommOps digital products comply with relevant regulations, standards and best practices. •Serve as the lead project manager for governance initiatives (such as, but not limited to, SOC2 certification) when requested

Requirements

•Knowledge and passion for emerging technologies and how they are used to empower developers and businesses to deliver great products •Strong understanding of digital technologies, project management and best practices •Experience with implementation teams and account teams. Proven ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders ensuring clear communication and project completion •Ability to compare, contrast and quality check work and keen attention to detail. Can present numerical data orally and in writing or through graphics •Can proactively engage others and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, vendors and leadership cross-functionally across Operations •Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point, especially spreadsheets, database and reporting tools •Ability to analyze data and make data driven decisions to solve complex problems •Demonstrates strength in establishing and maintaining mutually respectful and productive relationships with all stakeholders •Plans, organizes, and schedules effectively to ensure milestones are delivered on time, on budget and in compliance. Ability to keep others on task and to carry out or delivery tasks independently to meet goals/objectives. •Generates and communicates clear priorities, independently drives core activities, effectively gathers and incorporates feedback •Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions. Copes effectively with complexity and change •Bachelor’s degree •Minimum of 7+ years in program and project management execution, digital solutions, IT or related fields •Leads by example and be an inspirational role model for the OPEN Health values •Takes reasonable care of your own and others health and safety and co-operate with your employer, making sure you attend required training and you understand and comply with the company's health, safety and environmental policies. •Ensures full compliance with the confidentiality statement issued to you upon employment and ensure you comply with all Information security/Technology policies.
