Description

• Sales Optimization: Meeting or exceeding sales targets for your assigned territory. • Forecasting and Planning: Developing sales forecasts and strategies based on historical data and trends. • Budget Management: Responsible for managing budgets related to sales activities. • Customer Focus: Develop existing and new client relationships within the territory. • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers. • Product & Brand Training and Support: Providing training and support on product features and benefits. • Problem Solving: Addressing customer issues and resolving complaints effectively. • New Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities within the territory. • Promotions and Marketing: Working closely with marketing to execute promotional campaigns. • Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring market trends and providing insights to management. • Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Ability to develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve a sales target • Ability to analyze data to drive strategic plans • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • An outgoing personality with excellent people skills • Strong ability to relate and effectively build relationships with people • 3+ years working experience in related field • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment • Proactive and positive attitude • Valid driver's license • Passion for Pets and the Planet • Proficiency in basic Excel and PowerPoint; experience with sales reporting systems
