β’ With millions of diners and tens of thousands of restaurants, OpenTable is an industry leader. β’ You will handle a portfolio of restaurant groups and maintain a high client retention rate. β’ Engage in face-to-face meetings with decision makers to deliver business reviews and provide training. β’ Capture feedback to drive product upgrades and assist management in account strategy. β’ The position involves significant travel, estimated at 30-50% depending on location.
β’ 8+ years in restaurant management or account management (F&B Management experience within a hospitality group is preferred but not required) β’ Proficient in consultative selling and understanding restaurant operations β’ Capacity to reframe client's view of their business β’ Experience in applying data-driven business decisions β’ Strong cross-departmental collaboration and relationship-building skills β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills β’ Experience in an unstructured, ambitious environment β’ Proficiency in CRM solutions like Salesforce is a plus β’ OpenTable software and/or Guest Bridge experience a plus
