β€’ OPSWAT, a global leader in IT, OT, and ICS critical infrastructure cybersecurity, delivers an end-to-end platform that gives public and private sector organizations the critical advantage needed to protect their complex networks, secure their devices, and ensure compliance. β€’ We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Revenue Operations Manager, Global Sales Compensation and Incentives, with 3-5 years of expertise in managing and executing Sales Compensation plans. β€’ The ideal candidate will be proficient in using CaptivateIQ to streamline commission processes, analyze performance data, and ensure accurate and timely payouts for the Global sales teams. β€’ This role involves collaboration across multiple departments to align Commission & Incentives with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum 3 years of experience in sales commissions, or financial planning & analysis – building, maintaining and running Sales Compensation Plans in CIQ β€’ Strong hands-on experience with CaptivateIQ for implementing the Company Commission Plans and managing commission processes and reporting. Manage Integrations with external tools, SFDC, HR Systems etc. β€’ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. β€’ Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
