🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales training, or a related field within a B2B SaaS environment. β€’ Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful enablement programs that drive measurable results. β€’ Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance management. β€’ Proficiency in using enablement platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and other relevant technologies. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. β€’ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. β€’ Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines β€’ Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. β€’ Experience in a quota-carrying sales role is a significant plus. β€’ Experience in creating and maintaining everboarding programs. β€’ Ability to demonstrate measurable ROI from enablement programs.
