β’ Account Representative responsible for managing multiple accounts/clients. β’ Make decisions using independent judgment on pricing and customer satisfaction. β’ Main point of contact for clients, resolve inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service. β’ Engage with team for efficient order processing and track customer orders.
β’ 3 years of customer service or account management experience where you had to problem-solve issues for clients, handle quoting, pricing, order tracking, shipment delivery, and provide outstanding customer service. β’ Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) as you will be entering data in SAP; if you have any ERP or CRM system experience, that is a plus. β’ The ability to embrace new process methodologies, new technology, and innovative ideas. β’ Problem-solving and analytical skills are a must because there will be situations to problem-solve like handling complaints, credits, returns, resolving pricing discrepancies as well as working to determine accurate pricing within the provided guidelines. β’ Teamwork Is Key!
