β€’ Orgvue is an organizational design and planning platform empowering workforce transformation at scale. β€’ The position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fast growing software organization. β€’ The role requires a consistent, top performer who has demonstrated success delivering against targets. β€’ A successful candidate will be a bold, self-starter that can build rapport quickly. β€’ This is not a typical sales position; complex sales cycle with senior business stakeholders.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum 5 years of work experience, ideally in management consulting, sales, pre-sales, engineering, human capital, sales leadership. β€’ Familiarity with a sales process or methodology, preferred if MEDDIC or MEDDPICC. β€’ Proven ability to grasp complex business concepts, preferred if within the context of business or workforce transformation. β€’ Organized, proactive and able to handle multiple competing priorities with ease. β€’ Executive presence and excellent presentation skills. β€’ Understand and demonstrate aptitude in leveraging relationships to secure business. β€’ The ability to travel occasionally.
