β’ Minimum 5 years of work experience, ideally in management consulting, sales, pre-sales, engineering, human capital, sales leadership. β’ Familiarity with a sales process or methodology, preferred if MEDDIC or MEDDPICC. β’ Proven ability to grasp complex business concepts, preferred if within the context of business or workforce transformation. β’ Organized, proactive and able to handle multiple competing priorities with ease. β’ Executive presence and excellent presentation skills. β’ Understand and demonstrate aptitude in leveraging relationships to secure business. β’ The ability to travel occasionally.
