• Join the Origis Energy Team! • Origis Energy is accelerating the transition to a carbon-free future by Reimagining Zero.SM • The Director Project Controls position provides project controls functional leadership support to the portfolio of projects assigned to. • Key liaison to the EPC team to manage and monitor Cost, Schedule, and Risk Management aspects of the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent • Minimum 12 years of project controls / FP&A / Finance experience managing multiple projects and portfolios is required. Renewable Industry experience is preferred. • Prior experience in the Project Finance Closing process and experience working alongside FP&A/Finance teams is required. • Must have the ability and experience managing multiple projects and portfolios. • Full proficiency in project controls principles. • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving ability. • Rigorous and detailed oriented with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in an integrated team environment. • Experience with ERP and business analytics tools (SAP S/4Hana and Power BI preferred). • High proficiency in Excel; MS Project, Visio, and SAP a plus. • Experience in construction/project-oriented operating environment – solar industry a plus. • Knowledge of percentage of completion revenue recognition a plus. • Subcontract administration and change management experience a plus. • Prior construction claims and/or litigation experience a plus.
