Description

• Ensure the region achieves healthy performance in revenue and gross profit • Attract, develop and retain a high-performing outside regional sales team • Drive sales activities and implement targeted sales strategies in the Central US • Develop relationships with key regional customer relationships and sales team members • Create account pricing strategies that drive both revenue and profit

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or equivalent related experience • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in sales or sales management in the solar distribution industry • Minimum of 3 years’ people management and leadership • Demonstrated proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives • Demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles and deliver key financial results • Demonstrated proficiency and deep understanding of CRMs (preferably NetSuite or Salesforce) • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
