Requirements

• 5+ years of P&C Small Commercial sales and marketing experience • Outstanding sales performance • Agency training experience • Technologically savvy (e.g. MS Office tools) • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work well independently • Ability to travel within assigned territory
