• 7+ years healthcare contracting experience • Strong Analytical and negotiation skills • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations. • Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability and desire to absorb new information and learn quickly. • Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams. • Adaptable and open to feedback.
