• Drive new business by generating and qualifying leads through strategic outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone, and social selling) • Craft outreach that is so personalized, relevant, and insightful that it is too hard to ignore • Leverage investor reports, strategy documents, and company earnings calls to create messaging that resonates with executive buyers • Engage decision-makers and build relationships through consultative selling approaches • Book and qualify meetings using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) framework to determine fit • Work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to understand won business, the factors that drove the deal, and how the client achieved success • Use insights from won deals to identify and source additional related clients in similar industries or with shared pain points • Track key performance metrics (response rates, meetings set, opportunities created) and ensure all activity is logged in our CRM • Continuously refine outreach strategies based on data, coaching, and market feedback • Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends to have informed conversations with CISOs, IT leaders, and security professionals • Learn, understand and embrace the culture and core values of Packetlabs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or similar outbound sales roles • Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and meeting-setting goals • Experience selling security, SaaS, or IT services (preferred) • Strong communication skills – ability to craft persuasive messaging across LinkedIn, email, and phone • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools
