📋 Description

• Pacproinc designs and manufactures food packaging and processing equipment. • Our company has distinguished itself as a trusted partner in the food packaging industry. • We provide a full range of well-designed, proven solutions tailored to customers’ needs. • The successful candidate will drive opportunities and scale future sales growth in the bakery segment. • Work directly with customers to develop opportunities that lead to sales. • Meet with customers to identify new opportunities and drive sales of the Pacproinc product line. • Achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market penetration. • Frequent feedback on market demands and projects. • Maintain and manage a pipeline of opportunities within CRM. • Foster and grow customer relationships through frequent communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and/or Business degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of industrial services or capital equipment. • Experience in the Industrial baking and food equipment industry is required. • Approximately 60% Domestic and International. • Proven history of business growth and new market penetration. • Strong sales ability and negotiation skills. • Experience with value-based selling (consultative sales process). • Proven track record of reaching or exceeding sales targets. • Deep knowledge of bakery segment and food processing solutions and their impact on customers. • Ability to communicate market demands and new development ideas to the internal team.
