• parcelLab, the leading Operations Experience Management platform, is growing internationally! We're looking for the best talent from across the world to help us bring people and brands closer together. • We are looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) based on the East Coast (EST time-zone) to join our US Sales Team. • As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at parcelLab, you'll be responsible for the creation of new qualified sales opportunities. You will identify and reach out to key people within the target companies, build rapport with potential customers, share relevant insights into our product with them to awake interest and qualify these opportunities before handing them to the respective Account Executive to support them further. You will conduct outreach through e-mail, on the phone or via social media sites, such as LinkedIn.

Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in a business development-focused role, selling a B2B SaaS solution • Strong listening skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence others and maintain relationships • Proven track record demonstrating strong articulation of a product's selling points via phone, e-mail or social media • Demonstrated ability to explain complex and technical issues clearly • Prior experience of using Salesforce or a similar CRM tool • Well-organized, with excellent time-management skills • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously • Nice-to-haves • Completed Bachelor's degree • Strong technical aptitude • Knowledge of the Retail/Ecommerce sector • Experience working in MarTech • Prior experience working in a startup/scale-up environment
