β€’ Develop and own TPA partnership strategy β€’ Oversee existing TPA partnerships β€’ Establish rules of engagement for partner organizations β€’ Serve as conduit between TPA partners and Pareto teams β€’ Identify, evaluate and contract with new TPA partners β€’ Navigate relationships with key stakeholders β€’ Utilize expertise to assist with escalations β€’ Stay abreast of TPA landscape and market trends

Requirements

β€’ 8-10+ years of TPA or plan administration experience, preferably in a Health Benefits environment with a wide range of experience with consultants and stop-loss carriers β€’ Excellent professional customer service skills with a high level of customer focus, motivation, teamwork orientation, and demonstrated follow-through β€’ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with excellent prioritization, communication, problem solving and time-management skills β€’ Demonstrated expertise and success driving operational excellence and executing process improvement within a fast-paced, changing business setting; includes creating/enhancing metrics, delivering timely updates, and achieving targeted outcomes β€’ Availability to travel up to 25% of time with frequent travel to Pareto HQ in Philadelphia, as well as domestic travel to clients /broker partners/TPAs
