Description

β€’ Lead sales and customer relationship management activities for the Consumer segment. β€’ Develop commercial strategies and find business opportunities for market share increase. β€’ Daily execution of sales objectives to achieve KPIs and drive growth. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers and partners. β€’ Establish relationships with individuals at multiple levels within major clients. β€’ Develop annual sales forecast and provide quarterly updates. β€’ Meet annual sales and profitability goals while delivering year over year growth.

Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales role in a similar industry. β€’ Bachelor degree required. β€’ Effective economic thinking skills. β€’ Proven track record of obtaining new customers. β€’ Ability to create key account plans and execute against them. β€’ Excellent communication skills and negotiation background. β€’ Value or solution selling experience. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ Knowledge of and experience with CRMs and sales pipeline management tools. β€’ Volatile pricing environment experience and contract acumen required. β€’ Willing and able to travel by air and car. β€’ Strong communication and organizational skills. β€’ Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic. β€’ Team player with collaboration skills.
