• Responsible for territory management and sales of Quidel products • Grows existing accounts and develops new accounts to meet revenue goals • Owns customer relationships and delivers solutions to meet needs • Maximizes customer retention rates and ensures satisfaction • Collaborates with sales and marketing teams for account retention

Requirements

• Education: BS/BA Degree in Business, Life Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Healthcare industry • Ability to manage assigned territory to achieve maximum sales revenue and profitability • Proven record of accomplishment with managing a territory • Strong sales presentation and negotiation skills • Solid communication skills – written and verbal • High degree of ethics and professionalism • Ability to think strategically and bring creativity to the organization • Willingness to travel up to 50%
