Description

β€’ Sherrill-Lubinski seeks a motivated Account Manager for software subscription renewals. β€’ Manage and oversee software subscription renewal process for assigned accounts. β€’ Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling. β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. β€’ Demonstrate understanding of Tibco Messaging and its use cases. β€’ Work closely with sales, support, and technical teams to meet customer needs. β€’ Monitor account health and customer satisfaction for long-term retention. β€’ Handle contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreements. β€’ Provide accurate forecasts on renewal rates and revenue projections.

Requirements

β€’ Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field. β€’ Experience: β€’ 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably within the software or technology sector. β€’ Proven experience managing subscription renewals and expanding customer accounts. β€’ Technical Skills: β€’ Working knowledge of Tibco Messaging and experience discussing technical topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. β€’ Familiarity with CRM systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). β€’ Soft Skills: β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. β€’ Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. β€’ Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities β€’ Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience working with open-source software or cloud-based solutions. β€’ Previous experience in a technical or SaaS-based account management role. β€’ Ability to analyze customer data and provide insights to improve customer success.
