Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B closing, with at least 1 year in a SaaS environment. β€’ Additional non-closing sales experience is a plus. β€’ Fluency in value-selling and/or strategic selling methodologies to continuously qualify complex buying journeys. β€’ Strong ingenuity skills with the ability to educate and guide clients in understanding the value of our solutions. β€’ Excellent emotional intelligence and collaboration skills, working effectively with clients and internal teams. β€’ Digitally savvy, with experience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP), MS Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. β€’ Coachable, with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new habits. β€’ Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced startup environment. β€’ Experience within a product-led growth motion is advantageous. β€’ Professional fluency in English and German are required.
