β’ 3-5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B closing, with at least 1 year in a SaaS environment. β’ Additional non-closing sales experience is a plus. β’ Fluency in value-selling and/or strategic selling methodologies to continuously qualify complex buying journeys. β’ Strong ingenuity skills with the ability to educate and guide clients in understanding the value of our solutions. β’ Excellent emotional intelligence and collaboration skills, working effectively with clients and internal teams. β’ Digitally savvy, with experience using CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP), MS Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. β’ Coachable, with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new habits. β’ Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changes in a fast-paced startup environment. β’ Experience within a product-led growth motion is advantageous. β’ Professional fluency in English and German are required.
