• Partner with senior leadership to execute the BaaS strategic plan focused on revenue growth and diversifying the BaaS product set. • Grow the Pathward brand in the payments marketplace through development of a BaaS Go to Market Strategy. • Develop a strategy for the BaaS Issuing, Acquiring and Digital Payments capabilities that leads to scalable and repeatable growth. • Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company's revenue-generating departments. • Develop and improve sales processes to improve time to revenue and transparency in the deal process. • Manage the Business Development team to drive business growth across all customer segments. • Lead the team to develop closing strategies for all major deals that involve an enterprise selling approach. • Implement a true product roadmap prioritizing and delivering incremental feature functionality. • Develop a scalable sales enablement process to ensure our business development and partner account team have resources needed to grow revenue. • Build strong relationships with peers within Pathward.
• Ten or more years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth. • Ten or more years experience in payments with familiarity of issuing, acquiring and money movement products. • Strong C level connections within the Fintech space and an ability to interact with C level connections. • Understanding of issuing, acquiring and money movement payments products including understanding the details of how the products work and the associated value chain. • Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships. • Understanding of the regulatory environment associated with being a payments sponsorship bank. • History of being able to build and lead high performing sales teams. • Demonstrated experience in leading and growing a team. Superior people leadership skills. • Ability to craft and execute a business strategy effectively. • Experience in making decisions based on business metrics. • Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach. • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment. • Skilled at developing strong internal and external relationships. • Strong technical experience with Salesforce and other business productivity tools.
