Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of success in selling high-dollar capital equipment and software solutions. • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement models. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
