Description
• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers • Assist customers with their inquiries, requests, and issues • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies • Follow company guidelines and procedures
Requirements
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken • Previous customer support or related experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle customer inquiries and provide satisfactory solutions • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
