• Deliver exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers regarding Miele products • Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction • Stay updated on Miele products, features, and industry trends • Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the home appliances industry • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications • Willingness to relocate and work in the specified location • Valid European passport or ID
