Description

• Provide excellent customer service and support to Italian-speaking customers • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate responses • Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner • Assist customers with product information and inquiries • Process and manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or contact center environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure • Computer literacy and proficiency in using various software applications • Willingness to work in Greece • Valid European Passport or ID
