Description

• Strategic Account Development: • Develop and execute a results-driven sales strategy to exceed revenue targets • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building. • Develop and manage high-value strategic accounts, generating your own pipeline - and overseeing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. • Optimize the sales funnel with initiatives that speed up lead conversion, and continuously refine lead generation and qualification for efficiency, leveraging data analytics and targeted data-driven based initiatives. • Collaboration & Customer Focus: • Utilize data analytics to refine sales processes and outcomes. • Partner with operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction. • Serve as the customer advocate internally, using feedback to drive product and process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, particularly within midmarket and enterprise environments targeting strategic buyers from skilled trades platforms or private equity aggregators. • Strong ability to build and maintain executive-level customer relationships from scratch, with experience managing fast-paced deal cycles. • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. • Results-oriented strategic thinker with a commitment to achieving outcomes. • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
