• The primary goal of this role is to enhance the efficiency of our sales executives by taking charge of all low-touch sales pipeline tasks. • By handling these responsibilities, you enable the sales team to concentrate on high-impact, relationship-building activities, such as face-to-face meetings and phone interactions. • Your support will be instrumental in helping the team exceed their sales targets, aiming to close four additional deals by the end of 2024.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in finance or sales, previous experience in related industry is a plus! • Proficient in ACCULYNX for roofing sales and billing, Pipedrive for CRM, and communication tools like Google Chat, WhatsApp, and email. • Experienced with EOS and Bloom for driving meetings and gathering metrics, with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently. • Proactive, process-driven, and adaptable, with a focus on following through on commitments and meeting high standards. • Effective in written and oral communication, capable of motivating others, and working collaboratively within a team.
