• 8+ years’ experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role • 3+ years’ experience managing and developing direct reports • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights. • Owned the management of sales pipelines, forecasting and performance analysis • Proficiency in managing sales tech stacks including Salesforce, LinkedIn SalesNav and ZoomInfo. • Experience with Domo or similar BI tools • A track record of influencing executive-level stakeholders • Proven ability to document and drive process improvements • Experience evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies
