📋 Description

• Founded in 2015, PHIL is a Series D health-tech startup that is building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients. • PHIL’s B2B2C platform provides an end-to-end prescription management and delivery service. • The team at PHIL is a group of like-minded individuals from varying backgrounds, passionate about creating a new and innovative healthcare platform. • Phil is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Revenue Operations to lead the contracts to cash revenue cycle function within our accounting team. • You will oversee all aspects of accounts receivable operations, including billing, collections, and revenue recognition processes. • This role plays a critical part in optimizing cash flow, minimizing bad debt exposure, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred. • 7-10 years of progressive experience in revenue operations, revenue accounting or related roles. • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, billing procedures, and US GAAP revenue recognition principles (ASC 606). • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a high- performing accounts receivable team. • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and identify trends. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Business Central, NetSuite) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
