β€’ The Inside Sales Rep at PeerWell provides proactive motivation and information for patients throughout the enrollment process β€’ Call applicants to make a personal connection and provide support β€’ Engage patients that have questions via online chat tools β€’ Individually responsible for closing sales and hitting quarterly quotas β€’ Proactively improve the enrollment process for patients and teammates β€’ Work with confidential health information using discretion and judgment β€’ Become an expert on Whole Person Care programs

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment β€’ Has previously managed a sales pipeline β€’ Experience working with a CRM and customer data β€’ Self motivated with a strong attention to detail β€’ Preferred experience interacting with senior population
