• We're seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand our client base and boost revenue in the Benelux market. • This commission-based role offers unlimited earning potential for ambitious individuals who can navigate the unique dynamics of this region. • Identify and explore partnership opportunities to expand our business presence • Forge and cultivate relationships with new clients while maintaining and enhancing existing business ties • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients • Understand clients' IT needs and propose tailored solutions • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective negotiation and relationship management • Facilitate operational changes and strategic planning to foster business growth • Engage with customers to understand their needs fully and ensure our solutions align with their expectations • Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
• Experience in Business Development or Sales (experience in the Benelux market is an advantage) • Track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT or software development services • Understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing is a big advantage • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage) • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies • Excellent organizational, project management, and leadership skills • Strong problem-solving, networking, and time management skills • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
