β€’ Meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs including renewal rates, new unit additions, and warranty conversions β€’ Manage a geographic territory and work with the local CSEs team to expand the contract base by adding new contracts β€’ Quote customers directly through CRM system β€’ Work closely with leadership to develop growth strategies for assigned territory β€’ Contact customers to follow up on leads generated through CSEs and other teams β€’ Identify and generate lead opportunities for other PerkinElmer businesses β€’ Respond to customer inquiries, act as their point of contact, and ensure timely resolution β€’ Develop product knowledge to effectively grow portfolio within territory β€’ Follow company best practices and processes and learn effective selling techniques β€’ Maintain sales pipeline and activity accurately in CRM tools β€’ Upsell / Cross-sell other PerkinElmer services and consumables offerings β€’ Embrace change and continuous improvement mindset

Requirements

β€’ 1+ years of inside sales or field service experience β€’ Effective time management and organization β€’ Strong communication skills (telephone & email)
