• Drive annual revenue growth through renewal of existing contracts and expansion of populations/lines of business • Build rapport and establish credibility with account stakeholders • Proactively identify and understand client objectives and challenges • Monitor and confirm all client contractual obligations are being met
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related discipline • 8+ years of experience in sales and/or client success roles in health insurance, employee benefits, healthcare industry or related field • Solid understanding of employee benefits and managed care products • Proven ability to handle complex situations and deliver renewals • Excellent knowledge and skill using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
