Description
• Create overall talent acquisition strategy for Vetco Total Care Hospitals • Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals • Develop strategic direction and manage recruiting resources • Analyze team activity to exceed goals • Build relationships with HR colleagues and business leaders to execute talent acquisition strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and/or Human Resources certificate or PHR/SPHR and/or AIRS certification preferred • 7-10 years’ recruiting experience, veterinary/human healthcare industry experience a plus • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with business leaders as a strategic partner required • Proven ability to develop talent pipelines and create effective business plans strongly preferred • Project management experience preferred
