Description

• Seeking a motivated and data-driven Enterprise Sales Director to join our multifamily sales team • Responsible for growing our existing client base and prospecting new logos within the multi-family industry • Prospecting and Lead Generation through research, email campaigns, cold calling and networking • Qualify lead through discovery to determine need, timelines and priorities • Create and maintain a pipeline of potential clients • Sales Presentations – prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations virtually and in-person • Attend conferences and in person industry events focused on building sales pipeline or engaging prospective and existing clients • Address customer questions and objections effectively • Industry and Product Knowledge – understand and communicate the features and benefits of the PetScreening platform • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in PetScreening’s HubSpot CRM • Maintain updated account strategy and prospecting documentation • Achieve or exceed annual quota • Promote the company's reputation as an industry leader • Develop, improve and execute comprehensive account plans and strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5+ years proven success in sales to the multi-family industry • Experience with HubSpot, Tableau, or comparable software • Adept at developing and implementing effective account strategies • High proficiency in managing client relationships and expectations • Experience working with cross-functional teams and a diverse client base • Willingness and ability to travel 50% • Prior recent experience in the multi-family industry preferred • Experienced Sales Hunter - Generating leads, making calls, sending emails, completing product demo’s and closing business • Creative-thinking with organized day-to-day work habits • Strong listening and presentation skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Demonstrates a positive and team player attitude • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, “self-starter” environment • Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills – able to identify and propose solutions to technical and business issues • Ability to learn from & incorporate constructive feedback
