Description
• The Director Clinical Operations Planning manages the Clinical Operations Planning Team globally. • Drives the medium to long term direction and strategy of the Operations Planning Team. • Manages the overall workload and allocation of their direct reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree is required • Experience of managing projects, deliverables and individuals across multiple countries within a matrix setting • Minimum of 10 years experience in a large international corporation • Extensive global clinical trial/study management experience including knowledge of GCP • Demonstrated People management Experience, ability to lead and manage diverse team • Strong Organizational Skills • Strategic and Innovative Thinking • Business Acumen • Project Management Skills • Fluent in English
