Description

• Drive implementation of Precision for Medicine’s innovation program. • Enhance operational delivery and improve efficiency. • Build and deploy solutions. • Foster a culture of innovation to bring new medicines to patients promptly. • Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy. • Identify emerging trends and technologies in the pharmaceutical industry. • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate innovation into the overall business strategy. • Lead cross-functional teams for innovative projects. • Oversee the innovation pipeline and ensure timely project delivery. • Foster a culture of innovative thinking. • Drive the development of new methodologies, technologies, and processes. • Collaborate with external partners to leverage expertise. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Implement best practices to improve operational efficiencies. • Monitor performance of innovation initiatives using data-driven insights. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders. • Communicate value and impact of innovation initiatives effectively. • Represent the organization at industry forums.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences discipline or equivalent experience • Minimum of 18 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on innovation and research. • Proven track record of leading successful innovation initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. • Experience in a CRO or similar environment is highly desirable. • PhD (preferred) • Strong strategic and analytical thinking • Comprehensive understanding of drug development processes, clinical research, and regulatory requirements. • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. • Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in pharmaceutical research. • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. • Innovative mindset with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement. • High level of integrity and ethical standards. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Fluency in English • Demonstrated understanding of financial management. • Demonstrates professionalism as evidenced by punctuality, ability to deliver on commitments, and positive interactions with customers and teammates • Collects and analyzes data of a consistently high standard.
