• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant industry experience required • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in telecommunications with proven experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning • Established network of industry contacts and relationships preferred • Strong understanding of telecommunication services, infrastructure, tower, and/or regulatory requirements • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business, defining and achieving sales objectives, meeting minimum margin requirements, and building strategic partnerships • Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share • Consistently tracks emerging markets and trends • Identifies and recommends a sales pipeline of new services and partnerships with defined implementation strategies and ownership of integration • Fulfills request for proposals (RFP’s) from potential partners and customers and supports contract negotiations • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills • Excellent professional written, verbal communication and presentation skills required • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills • Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 50% • Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial culture • Valid drivers’ license and meet the company’s insurance carrier’s criteria for coverage under the company’s insurance policy
