• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree required. • Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in telecommunications with proven experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning in telecommunications. • Established network of industry contacts and relationships preferred. • Must have a strong understanding of telecommunication services, infrastructure, tower, and/or regulatory requirements. • Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business, defining and achieving sales objectives, meeting minimum margin requirements, and building strategic partnerships. • Develops and strengthens internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share. • Consistently tracks emerging markets and trends. • Identifies and recommends a sales pipeline of new services and partnerships with defined implantation strategies and ownership of integration. • Fulfills request for proposals (RFP’s) from potential partners and customers and supports contract negotiations. • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills. • Excellent professional written, verbal communication and presentation skills required. • Fluency in English and Spanish required. • Fluency in French is a plus. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. • Customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel within the U.S. up to 50%. • Able to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial culture. • Possess a valid drivers’ license and meet the company’s insurance carrier’s criteria for coverage under the company’s insurance policy.
