📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The Account Manager serves as a pivotal link between the company and its clients, responsible for fostering and maintaining strong client relationships while driving business growth. • They act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements. • In this role, the Account Manager manages a portfolio of client accounts, identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and ensures the successful implementation of the company's products or services. • They collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service and value to clients.
