β’ Account Executive, Inside Sales (Central/Mountain time) β’ Planful is the pioneer of financial performance management cloud software. β’ The Account Executive will play a key role in our 2024 growth strategy in the market. β’ Develop pipeline, maintain forecast accuracy, achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets β’ Sell the entire Planful product stack and professional services β’ Demonstrated understanding of the full sales life-cycle: prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, consultative selling, value selling, presenting, developing proposals, overcoming objections and closing sales β’ Build relationships and collaborate with Planful Channel Partners, internal marketing, sales development teams, pre-sales and services teams β’ Attend company trade shows, conferences, industry meetings and other avenues to initiate new sales of Planful β’ Build and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets on a quarterly basis β’ Carry-out customer centric meetings, presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in person with key decision-makers and influencers
β’ 2+ years of direct / full-cycle sales experience selling SaaS business solutions to the office of the CFO β’ Able to effectively accomplish activities in a fast-paced environment β’ Excellent presentation and negotiation skills β’ Ability to interact and influence C-level executives and team members β’ History of meeting/exceeding new business sales targets β’ Strong and effective written, oral and telephone skills β’ Experience with CRM systems, social media and Microsoft Office β’ Creative and highly passionate about sales β’ You are all about results β’ Strong work ethic β’ Great communicator β’ You are all about the customer β’ Ability to establish rapport with people β’ Passionate β’ Entrepreneurship
