• responsible for identifying and securing revenue in support of Plexus growth goals • develops plans which sell solutions to Plexus business development targets • meeting business development revenue goals for sector or regional accounts • identifies and validates profitable business opportunities that fit the Plexus strategy • builds and develops multi-level relationships with external customers and within Plexus • partners with other key Plexus functions to further customer relationships • stays current with market sector trends, industry, and environment
• typically 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience • maintain objectivity and possess proactive problem solving skills • ability to influence others, possess conflict resolution and negotiation skills • self-motivated with the ability to follow through on assignments with little to no supervision
