β€’ Creates, manages, and executes the account strategy for assigned customer(s) β€’ Represents the voice of the customer and Plexus β€’ Creates a working account plan with strategies to increase revenue and engagement β€’ Develops innovative solutions to differentiate Plexus service offerings β€’ Ensures Plexus meets or exceeds customer expectations β€’ Advocates for customer needs within Plexus and represents Plexus to customers β€’ Leads a cross-functional Plexus team to meet customer needs β€’ Establishes financial objectives for customers and manages P&L

Requirements

β€’ Three (3) years of related experience is required β€’ Five (5) or more years of related experience is preferred β€’ Advanced written and verbal communication skills are required β€’ Basic computer skills are required β€’ Able to make sound, logical and reasonable decisions with minimal guidance β€’ Able to apply solution selling knowledge and capabilities β€’ Applies financial acumen to influence customers and constituents β€’ Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing is required
