• 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree • Advanced written and verbal communication skills are required • Basic computer skills are required • Able to make sound, logical and reasonable decisions nearly autonomously • Masters solution selling approach • Has mastered the use of financial acumen to be able to influence customers and constituents • Basic understanding of electronics manufacturing is required
