Description

• Join a hands-on digital services consultancy improving government digital products. • Collaborate with clients to bring product visions to life. • Conduct research and usability testing emphasizing accessibility. • Create and maintain research plans and guides. • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and users. • Translate ambiguous requirements into actionable research plans. • Analyze and document product requirements with a focus on understanding. • Partner closely with designers and developers to adhere to accessibility standards. • Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. • A bachelor’s degree in any field, or commensurate work experience and certifications. • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology focused on user experience research. • At least 5 years of experience with strong focus on accessibility. • Excellent understanding and practical experience in Figma, digital whiteboarding tools, performing user research, guiding research processes, and managing documentation in Jira and Confluence. • Ability to collaborate with Agile teams. • Self-starter with independent work capability. • Strong consulting skills and ability to build trust with clients and teammates.
