Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in a product design, UX, or related field. • Bring deep experience in at least one of the three facets of design: User Research, UI Design and/or Service Design. • Able to lead product design from research through implementation. • Experienced in user research methodologies and can educate others. • Experience designing different applications for different use cases (consumer facing to internal tools). • Experience using modern design systems and frameworks (eg. iOS, Android, Bootstrap, Material Design, Tailwind, USWDS, etc.) • Ability to work in and apply design processes in agile environments. • Experience and curiosity within agile and lean philosophies. • Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a consulting role. • Active member of the design community. • Ability to travel up to 20%. • Ability to obtain a security clearance for US Government work.
