β’ 3-6 years experience in a product design, UX, or related field. β’ Bring deep experience in at least one of the three facets of design: User Research, UI Design and/or Service Design. β’ Able to lead product design from research through implementation. β’ Experienced in user research methodologies and can educate others. β’ Experience designing different applications for different use cases (consumer facing to internal tools). β’ Experience using modern design systems and frameworks (eg. iOS, Android, Bootstrap, Material Design, Tailwind, USWDS, etc.) β’ Ability to work in and apply design processes in agile environments. β’ Experience and curiosity within agile and lean philosophies. β’ Experience working with clients or stakeholders in a consulting role. β’ Active member of the design community. β’ Ability to travel up to 20%. β’ Ability to obtain a security clearance for US Government work.
