• PointClickCare is a leading North American healthcare technology platform. • The role involves understanding customer needs and building strong relationships. • Responsible for developing strong business relationships with enterprise prospects. • Prospecting, cold calling, and producing quality leads in given territory. • Understand customers’ strategic goals and identify value-adding solutions. • Presenting and articulating solutions to prospective customers at multiple levels. • Follow up on leads to close new account business in Healthcare Technology space.

Requirements

• Post-Secondary Degree/College Diploma. • Hunter mentality, exceptional selling and closing capabilities. • Great understanding of the full sales cycle. • Highly motivated, proven history of success in Senior Care Sales or Enterprise Software/SaaS Solutions. • Direct experience in Senior Living is a plus. • Enthusiastic with strong relationship-building skills. • Prior experience with Salesforce. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills. • Desire to work in an environment that rewards for performance.

Benefits

• Base salary and commissions are components of total rewards package. • US on target earnings for this position is $230,000 - $256,000 + equity + benefits.
