Description

• Deliver on our promise to clients • Work closely with the CEO to optimize new business development opportunities • Develop strategic fundraising plans and goals • Identify potential clients in the target market • Generate new business through direct outreach to prospective clients/vendors • Develop and maintain a volume of new opportunities to generate significant revenue • Stay current with emerging online fundraising trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relations, business, or related field is preferred • 3-5 years of experience in online fundraising and digital strategy is required • Strong understanding of the online fundraising landscape, best practices, benchmarks for success, and emerging digital trends • Extensive understanding of data, analytics and reporting, as it applies to online fundraising work • Strong project management skills • Excellent writing skills and extensive experience with fundraising copy • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for internal and external operations • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills • High level of motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
