Description

β€’ As Head of Sales and Revenue, you will lead sales, customer success, and technical support teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction by driving acquisition, retention, and growth. β€’ This role requires 10+ years of B2B/SaaS sales leadership, with a focus on scaling teams, optimizing processes, and fostering strategic client relationships. β€’ You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop strategies that drive customer acquisition, increase retention, and reduce churn, while providing top-notch technical support that enhances the customer experience.

Requirements

β€’ 12+ years of experience leading sales teams in a B2B / SaaS software business. β€’ Hired / scaled SaaS sales organizations including account executives, sales development, customer success and strategic partnerships. β€’ Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performance operations teams that help drive business outcomes. Experience developing high impact strategies to improve effectiveness and drive key metrics. β€’ Highly analytical and data-driven, with proven ability to use a deep understanding of business metrics to drive outcomes. β€’ Process-oriented, with the ability to simplify, automate, and improve team effectiveness through process improvements. β€’ Prior experience in both high-velocity SMB businesses and enterprise environments a strong plus.
