β’ Total annual compensation: $110,000-150,000 + commissions - On-track earnings of $200,000 - $240,000 β’ Health, Dental and Vision insurance (95% employer-paid base plan) β’ 20 days of accrued PTO per year for senior executives β’ Holiday time off (~10 days per year) β’ Company-sponsored 401(k) plan with employer match β’ An annual customized training plan and time to study β’ Performance and compensation reviews annually
