Description

• Fully remote position for a Senior Director of Business Development. • Lead strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives. • Build and maintain B2B partnerships, identify new opportunities, and drive growth across revenue streams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public health, or a related field with an MBA, MPA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred OR additional 6 years of work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree; additional 2 years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree, in lieu of an advanced degree. • A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within the non-profit or social impact sectors. • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships in a B2B context. • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills. • Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day tactical execution. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing and working with cross-functional teams. • Self-starter and has the entrepreneurial spirit for getting things done. • Comfortable leveraging tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, SharePoint and Monday.com. • Practitioner of a growth and learning mindset. • Passion for advancing sexual and reproductive well-being and commitment to the mission of Power to Decide. • Ability to work effectively from a remote home office and travel 10% if needed.
